Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar in Lake Jackson

Haven’t been here in a while but the service was excellent. The staff did a great job with social distancing and keeping us safe. Our server Andy was super attentive and friendly!

The service was great ! I had a newbie as a server who was being trained by Krissy. They were both very nice and on it. Always checking in on us and making sure everything was okay. And the drinks were amazing! Definitely coming back.

Poor customer service. The couple in front of me as waiting to be seated and yet the same table they were finally seated at was empty for 20 minutes. The hostess was horrible. She would step outside to take names about every 25 minutes.....never have I been to a restaurant that is extremely slow, non-interested in working and such poor hosting. This place needs new hires, training and someone in charge.....manager/supervisor??? Unbelievable!!

Andy was my waiter today and it was one of best services I have ever gotten. He was very nice and also very fast. Amazing services from my man Andy!

Great service ! We moved our waitress Travis took really good care of us always coming to our table to ask how we were. Recommend and we will be coming again all the way from the south side

My favorite "Wing stop." when dine in was available the servers were incredible and polite. This buffalo wild wings is known to exceed expectations.

Buffalo Wild Wings, Chicago, US. Mostly you will find that the items in the menu are non vegetarian but there are also some options for Vegetarians. We ordered Supreme Nachos, Potato Wedges and Southwest Chipotle Black Bean Burger. Among all the three items, Burger was the best. It was a star dish. The patty of the burger was just out of this world, you can't experience such good Veg Burger anywhere I think. Nachos and Wedges were also good. Overall, nice place!

Service and food was really good but now my family is sick I'm sure it was here since that's the only thing that my whole family ate the same. Wonder if anyone else got sick. Diarrhea and excruciating stomach cramps 😕Update : still sick went to hospital 6/30 sure enough food poisoning. $200 emergency room visits please take better precautions

Three stars is generous. Make no mistake, the food and establishment is 4 stars. Takeout food is another story. They hold food at room temperature, ignore delivery drivers and have a delivery radius that insures a cold meal. Visit in person or skip it. Wingstop is FAR SUPERIOR for delivery wings. Food held in the temperature danger zone is a health hazard to everyone, ESPECIALLY children and the elderly.

Order took an hour and a half to come. They messed up almost every item whether it was forgetting to put in certain items, messing up the sauce, or burning our food completely. Last time we went, they made us wait 30 minutes after the pick up time for our food. Just save yourself the time and the money lol. Not worth It

Have dined in and done carry out.. Dining in was a 2.5 star experience. Placed order immediately upon being seated, the food took 40 minutes to come. The restaurant wasnt busy. Carryout was a half star experience. The food took twice as long as I was quoted, the hostess/cashier disappeared. There were door dash and delivery drivers waiting for food for 10 + minutes while she was gone .

Quick and fast service! Can't never go wrong at this location. Andy was spot on with the service. Definitely will come back!

Buffalo Wild Wings or BDUBS.I always love this place. So many options in wings sauces. They also serve appetizers, burgers, salads, tacos and wraps.Wide variety of draft beers to choose from and the cocktails too. This place is open for dine in and is following social distancing. They have so many TVs watch your favorite game or match. The server or a waiter always greets you well. Awesome staff and fast service.Must Visit. I would recommend Wings of your choice, cockails, tacos and beer battered onion rings.

I am very satisfied with the service and and how speedy and delicious everything was. My waiter Travis was just so nice and his positive energy was amazing, he greeted and served us with all smiles as well as checking in on us consistently and i have no complaints about my visit. Thank you again Travis, i will surely be back asap!

RJ was a friendly waiter that recommended drinks and made sure everything was going good while dining in.

Don’t come here. Service was awesome but that’s it. Both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning. My boyfriend literally threw up in front of the restaurant as people were coming in to pick up orders. We threw up on the way home and I threw at home as well. We were both eating bone in wings and I stopped and looked and it was like watery. Definitely either old meat or undercooked. I’m guessing both. We both got grossed out and stopped eating after we began feeling sick.
